4 ESSENTIALS FOR AT-HOME TRAINING

For the last year or so, we’ve been stuck in a pandemic. It’s been a tough time but we are resilient and will come out stronger! Since then, we’ve been training online as our new normal. For our classes like Be Flexy, Core Overflow, Power Up! and more, you might benefit from having these items at home. 

We have created a list of essential items for training at home:

1. Knee Pads: Knee pads are necessary for protecting your knees while learning tricks and choreo on the floor/pole.  

2. Yoga Blocks: Important tool to help support, extend and deepen your stretches and increase range of motion. They’re also great to work on balance and stability!

3. Resistance Bands: Great for toning and strengthening your muscles! 

4. Yoga Strap: Useful tool to help increase range of motion and stretch.
